This is a partner-facing role requiring a passion for exceeding the expectations of the partner via communication, listening skills, and a consistent professional manner.
In this role you will utilize technical skills on a Support team that delivers Tier 3 Desktop / IT systems deployment and troubleshooting services to our partners.
The successful candidate will focus on front-line assistance to partners both remotely and in person.
The desire to provide engaged customer service to both external partners and your internal teammates is essential, as is consistent workflow management and status communication

Technical Requirements:

Operating & Cloud System Support
- Windows 10/11 installation, deployment, troubleshooting
- Windows Server Deployment and Migration
- Office 365 Migration and Administration
- Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory Administration Desktop operating systems
- Imaging, autopilot, or other rapid workstation deployment experience
- Networking skills – switch, firewall, router
- Hardware firmware/drive maintenance and improvement
- Network deployment/management (firmware/versioning)
Business applications:
Windows Desktop/Server
- Microsoft office suite deployment and support and standard messaging apps (teams or related)
- Knowledge of patching fundamentals
- Exchange/SQL/SharePoint administration
- Security technologies
- Deployment skills - e-mail security filtering, MFA, Secure Password platforms, mobile device management
- Layered security approach and experience (cloud to handheld)
- Windows Malware / AV troubleshooting and threat removal
Mobile work and devices:
- iOS / Android phone support for setup / email integration
- Remote work VPN technology and deployment Advanced applications
- Familiarity with CAD, Revit, or other architecture / engineering solutions
- Line of Business Application upgrades
- Two Factor Authorization and MDM:
- MDM Deployment and Administration
- MFA Deployment and Administration
- Troubleshooting/resolution MSP tools
- Experience with Autotask ticketing system or similar
- Experience with N-Central remote management
- Experience with SharePoint documentation
Experience:
- 5+ years of industry experience, preferably with a Managed Service Provider
- Proven strength in workflow/project management of tasks
- Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven aptitude for technical troubleshooting
- Proven interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proven customer service orientation
